Jelani Clarke
Dr. Jelani Clarke, a neuroimmunologist trained at McGill University, began his career in the biotech industry, where he specialized in developing stem cell platforms for therapeutic target screening. After transitioning to scientific consulting and communication, he became a passionate advocate for open, accessible, and equitable science. Jelani envisions a more holistic paradigm for science, where all stakeholders—researchers, patients, and donors—share in the benefits of scientific progress. Driven by this vision and his passion for distributed ledger technology, Jelani serves as an executive lead at DeSciWorld, Chief Business Development Officer at Aminochain, and founder of DeSciMTL. He actively contributes to numerous DeSci projects, aiming to foster a future where decentralized science enables equitable sharing of resources and rewards across the entire scientific ecosystem.
