Wayne B Dyer

Wayne Dyer is a biomedical researcher with a PhD in HIV immunovirology, and extensive research in the blood sector. Current research interests are focussed on applied Patient Blood Management, optimal use of fractionated plasma products for haemorrhage and coagulopathy, and evidence-based immunoglobulin immunotherapy. He contributed to establishment of an HIV patient biobank in the 1990’s, which continues to be used for immunovirological research, manages the Immunovirology Research Network’s PBMC Cryopreservation QAP, and currently manages the Biobank for Lifeblood’s Australian Blood Donor Study.
