Zoos South Australia is a conservation charity with a mission to connect people with nature and save species from extinction. Our work spans ex-situ breeding programs, field conservation, research, species translocations, education, and community engagement. This presentation will give a brief overview of our initiatives to safeguard native species, including the Brush-tailed Bettong, Western Swamp Tortoise, Plain's Wanderer, Orange-bellied Parrot, and Kangaroo Island Dunnart.
